Trip to the Paris Flea Market ... Gypsy Style!

Bonjour!

The last two days have been devoted to
a shoppe wide "redeux"...
Fill up your café au lait, grab a croissant,
sit back, relax, and enjoy
a trip to the Paris Flea market ...

Gypsy Fish style!

An abundance of black antique garden iron work, vintage suitcases waiting for the next voyage tucked under a French styled chaise daybed. Large metal basket filled to the brim with fresh linens. Chippy and fabulous romantic painted furniture.

Time worn vessels filled with live plantings.
Green, earthy, simply beautiful.

Perfectly aged cherub garden statue with a natural
mossy patina, adorned with jewels.

French boutique vignette ...
everything a girl could wish for.
Jewelry, accessories, glitz and glamour!

Authentic French boudoir furniture fit for a princess.
In the finest shade of soft Parisian pink.

A vintage straw bag ... just in time for spring and summer!
Ooh-la-la!

Oh, Bonjour little man!
Please welcome "Spike" our new shoppe mascot,
stop by and introduce yourself in person!
{Can anyone translate Spike into French for us?}

Thanks for coming to the flea with us today ... we hope you enjoyed your trip.
Come back and visit again soon ...
we have something up our sleeve.
{don't we always? tee-hee}
We will be announcing our
first Blog giveaway very soon!

au revoir!

We did it with the lights off.....
We had our Spectacular Gypsy Fish Holiday Open House last week and what a success!

We dimmed the lights, added sparkle and twinkle, threw in some laughter and friends then VOILA!, an incredible evening of fun and frolic...Gypsy style.

Here's a few shots of the shop.... enjoy the ambiance!

Wishing you Peace and Happiness for your holiday season!

Quick Jaunt to NYC

Took a quick jaunt to NYC this weekend. Intended on hitting several flea markets. Instead we spent most of our time waiting for subway delays. But, we did make it to Hell's Kitchen and stopped in on their flea. We were greated by this adorable baby devil at the entry. He was huge! The flea, itself, was very small but it had alot of great vintage clothes and shoes. We headed to ABC carpet where my sis bought a rug. Then ran across the street to ABC Home. Gorgeous!!!
